Front Office
Die Tätigkeiten umfassen den Bereich Hotel Operations und Hotel Administration innerhalb des Front Office. Dazu können beispielsweise in kürzeren Phasen auch die Bereiche: Night Audit, Concierge oder Activities gehören. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in der Regel im Bereich Front Desk. Je nach erworbenen fachlichen und sprachlichen Kenntnissen und je nach Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit Supervisor-Tätigkeiten zu übernehmen bzw. an Leadership Trainings teilzunehmen und somit auch den Personalbereich kennen zu lernen. Ein Einsatz in ganz anderen Abteilungen eines Hotels ist nicht vorgesehen, kann aber vor Ort besprochen werden.
Food & Beverage
Die Tätigkeiten umfassen die Organisation der gesamten Ablaufprozesse im F&B Bereich. Das Praktikum kann in den verschiedenen Bereichen wie z.B. Dining Service, Room Service, VIP Lounge oder Bankettservice stattfinden. Je nach erworbenen fachlichen und sprachlichen Kenntnissen und je nach Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit Supervisor-Tätigkeiten zu übernehmen und damit auch den Bereich Personalmanagement kennen zu lernen.
Culinary
Teilnehmer werden ein Praktikum in allen Bereichen des Restaurantmanagements durchführen, sowohl im Kontakt mit Kunden als auch in den einzelnen Bereichen der Küche. Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Erlernen der restaurantspezifischen Prozesse der Speisenzubereitung, der spezifischen Standards und aller alltäglichen Arbeiten, die in einer Restaurantküche anfallen. Je nach erworbenen fachlichen und sprachlichen Kenntnissen und je nach Bedarf besteht die Möglichkeit Supervisor-Tätigkeiten zu übernehmen und damit auch den Bereich Personalmanagement kennen zu lernen.

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie als "Hausdame" den Executive Housekeeper bei der Organisation und Führung der gesamten Housekeeping Abteilung. Zimmerkontrolle auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, Dekoration und Team Management können zu Ihren alltäglichen Aufgaben zählen. Im Bedarfsfall oder bei VIP-Gästen werden Sie auch selbst aktiv im Housekeeping tätig.
