We are looking to hire an HR Assistant (m/f/x) to join our HR team in Malta. You will provide support and expertise to employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, being involved in topics as data quality and audits and with your previous experience you will be supporting with payroll.

You will be working hand in hand with our HR Assistants to ensure data quality is immaculate and employee records in Sage People are updated. You are supporting administrative tasks such as drafting contractual paperwork and collaborating with the HR Business Partners to guarantee that all HR processes are consistently and smoothly executed.
You will be liaising with local authorities, ensuring compliance with all necessary processes both internal and external.
Your previous exposure to payroll enables you to support payroll related topics including being the back-up for the monthly payroll cycle when required and ensuring all payroll priorities are covered accordingly.
You will support with the annual insurances’ renewal, collaborating closely with the reward team and presenting insurance overviews to employees.
